Note to Self:

In the future, please refrain from opening your mouth while cycling down hills at speeds of 30+ mph. It'll keep you from eating bugs, I promise.

AH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh man, as a former biker all over Boston, I can relate. I try to forget all the bugs that have gone down my throat or up my nose or in my eyes. But boy this made me just crack up!

I'm not actually sure if it struggled going down or died quickly of impact. I'll have to pay more attention next time :)

Now you know why tough guys on bikes wear helmets with face shields or clentch their teeth on fat cigars. Ha ha.

I am not sure if you got there or not but if you did, thank you for visiting my blog yesterday and for your comments about my Rose-Breasted Grosbeak. I am into architecture today with the Brookville Community Theatre.

Ooo...I see Stacy beat me to the diet tip about protein intake...great minds (with the ability to recast gross experiences in an optimistic light) think alike :)
