How Embarrassing

So Stacy tagged me for this most embarrassing meme. But because she majored in English, she decided to make it much harder than it originally was by adding in a bunch of plays, poetry, and short stories. Most of which I've never read and some (to my shame) I've never heard of. I'm claiming chemistry major ignorance on this one. I also went back to the original meme and brought back some books I just couldn't leave out.

Directions:
*Blue font for everything you've read
*Red font for everything you've started but never finished
*Purple font for everything you've read but wished you hadn't
*Yellow font for everything you'd never read, even if you and that book were the only things to survive the apocalypse
*Black font for things you've never read
*Green font for things you want to read
*Orange font if you've read the author but not that particular work

You'll feel better when I do the original book meme, trust me. I'll have to pretend to be a chemistry major to overcome the shame.

You're braver than I am. I managed to make it through advanced HS English with no working knowlege of any of the classics. You'd think a decade or two of adulthood would be enough time to recitify this, but so far that's not that case.

All you fancy book learnin' writer types are making me wonder if my years of devouring all things myth & fantasy were wasted. But then I think of all the trivial pursuit games I've won by knowing the difference between a troll and an ogre and I am comforted. NOT.

I am still wondering what color you use to list all of the books you've read that no one would ever think to put on this list.

:) As an English major I support the first list :) I was worried I would shame the major, but I've read or will read (ha) a good 90% of that list.
