Thanks Allie. In photoshop you can take a photo and then add layers on top of it to create cool effects. This photo had 4 main layers: the background of the original photo (the blue and green) on bottom, then a texture layer of the moon and the black border, then the doll, then the moon layer again (but very transparent). There was a bit more editing, but that's the basic gist. If you don't have photoshop and want to try some of this stuff, you can download a program called gimp; it's free and you can do photoshop-like things.
