Yummy Cheesecake Pumpkin Pie
I've started to experiment w/ fall pies. My first trial: Cream Cheese - Pumpkin Pie. It's just the lighting that makes it look so pale, it was really quite orange and the crust was not blue (thank goodness!).
Next on the list: Pear Pie

I just love pumpkin pie and I love cheesecake - this is right up my alley. I have 4 pumpkins that we didn't ever carve - my husband suggested I make pumpkin pies with them - I just laughed. Maybe I could mail these pumpkins to you. See ya.
